All purchases on www.arleneshomestore.com include free standard shipping to the continental United States. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Additional shipping fees will be added to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday utilizing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services.

TYPES OF SHIPPING

Items are divided into three categories for shipping:

Small, Medium and Large Parcel are Shipped for Free…In most cases, deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx. Transit times typically range from 1 business day to 5 business days. Please note, signatures are not required for delivery, and the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.

Freight Curbside Drop-Off Delivery Services are Shipped for Free…All adjustable beds, mattresses and other heavy items are delivered via Freight. This will be a residential curbside drop-off delivery only. Your order will be delivered straight to your door and the carrier will be leaving it outside the home. For safety reason the carrier is not able to assist with the process of carrying your order inside customer’s home.

THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILBLE FOR ADJUSTABLE BEDS!…Our White Glove delivery service includes a two (2) person delivery team who will remove your order from its truck and brings your item(s) inside to your room of choice, * assembles it, and removes the packaging from your home. Please note that the delivery team will not perform services requiring the use of power tools.

You will be contacted by the delivery company to schedule your delivery appointment. Delivery appointments allow for a 4-hour delivery window (ex. 1pm to 5pm). Deliveries are able to be scheduled during regular business hours from 7am – 7pm. This service may not be available in all areas.

*** Beginning 3/17/20 until further notice all items requiring in home delivery will be limited to threshold or first dry area in lieu of in home white glove service. ****Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each for each flight).
